This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for services provided by Service Help Line, operated by Anupma.

2. Visiting / Inspection Charges

A nominal visiting or inspection charge applies when our technician visits your location for diagnosis.

This charge covers technician time and travel expenses and is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after inspection.

We provide a 30-Day Service Warranty on parts replaced and issues fixed, subject to the following conditions:

Once the technician has arrived, the visiting charge becomes applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Service Help Line, operated by Anupma, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the service amount paid by the customer.
