Service Help Line is an independent, third-party service provider for home appliance repairs. We are not authorized, affiliated, or endorsed by any brand.
All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website are used strictly for identification purposes only to inform customers about the types of appliances we repair.
When you book a service, a technician is assigned to visit your registered address.
A nominal visiting charge applies for diagnosis. This charge is payable even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
The total repair cost (spare parts + labor) will be shared after inspection of the appliance.
We provide a 30-Day Service Warranty subject to the following conditions:
Anupma (Service Help Line) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the service charge amount paid by the customer.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
